Company Health Scores
Project Overview
At Motivosity, I served as the backend engineer for a Company Health Score project, collaborating closely with a project manager and frontend developer. This initiative aimed to enhance our internal tool by adding a health score to each customer, derived from a diverse set of metrics evaluating their product usage. Using Java, I implemented scheduled jobs running SQL queries, including historical data, to generate a trend graph for the health score each month. The frontend, powered by AngularJS, provided an intuitive interface for our employees. The outcome enables our customer success team to swiftly assess a company's status, proactively engage with those at potential risk, and gain valuable insights into product usage metrics for optimal customer satisfaction.
Tech Overview
